Considering many other players can load in just fine; the issue's somewhere on your end. Also considering the fact that other players can make it there and the fact that you can load into the game fine and play fine until that point, the issue is on your end and not an internet issue. It's definitely not a Bungie issue. Clear your cache, and if that doesn't fix it, fully reinstall the game, as your installation may have gotten corrupted (which is very likely since you're receiving the issue at the same exact point every time). Hardware and software glitches and corruptions happen sometimes seemingly randomly, so you need to take the steps to fix your issue that you can take. I'm assuming you've tried to clear your cache, so reinstall the game entirely and see if your issue is resolved. If not, then uninstall, install a different large game, then install Destiny 2 again and see if it fixes your issue.
