I can totally understand having some kind of punishment tool in place for crucible comp, although in my opinion no tool is perfect because you have to factor in lagouts, Bungies horrible servers, etc. In my total playtime with D1 and D2, I have never had an issue with a strike. If someone didn't play, yea it made a strike sometimes more tedious than it needed to be, but usually an inactive player is kicked pretty fast. To put a temporary ban on a strike playlist would be an incredibly bad idea, and overall waste of company resources and right now they have way bigger issues in my opinion to fix right now.

 • Maybe not a 'ban' without warning, but if someone constantly goes AFK, it makes it more tedious for the ones trying. Constant afks, like 15 times "with warning messages" should lead up to a permaban.

 •
Constant afks, like 15 times "with warning messages" should lead up to a permaban.
I still feel like a permaban for anything other than outright modding and/or account hacking in PvE is overly excessive and unnecessary. Yea players that AFK can make a strike more longer and shitty than it should or needed to be, but if it's getting to the point where you're wasting the amount of time to want a permaban, you can (and should've)leave and start up a whole new strike, possibly even two by that time. Now if this was crucible, without a doubt some kind of punishment should be in place, but not PvE.

 • Most of the strikes can also be ran solo as long as you're smart about it, especially depending on what random modifiers you have. Plus a lot of times the boss and ads will go after the afk, which won't lie I've used a couple for bullet sponges. I just feel like as a casual player, Bungie has punished us enough with Forsaken and adding in a punishment system to PvE strikes is overkill.

 • More strike options? I would love to turn off matchmaking entirely.

 • That or be able to choose which strike modifiers you want to run, and how many.

 • Strike card just like a NF card. Adventures and stories too.

 • Add in a guaranteed drop of a prime AND an exotic for completing a card with all the modifiers active. To the crybabies who complain that Destiny apparently hands stuff over, make it a once per reset so people don't farm the shit outta it and get all ass-chapped.
