Yes, but im not just talking about those im talking about the common gear you can get at level 2-6 those really shitty sets for every class. Like for example on the hunter i always hated having a cape, in d1 i rocked the makeshift scarf and my hunter looked really good, no huge stat buff just looked good, in this the only item that doesnt have a cape is the refugee cloak the, dreamers cloak and one other one in which case they only have the hood, and with no surprise they look really good with a lot of gear sets. Like i said its not ground breaking its purely an aesthetic thing, even if they let us mod and infuse they still dont compare to the new cloaks because they wouldnt have random rolled perks.
