Just played against a dude who is at 1900 glory but was using Lunas Howl. We won the match but why is that even happening? I haven't got to Fabled yet and he has a clear advantage in gunfights...
Edit: I'm not asking how this happened, that is pretty obvious. I'm asking why Bungie allowed a de-rank from Fabled to Heroic, knowing having the Lunas Howl would give the players who had previously reached Fabled an edge over their Heroic ranked opponents?
I'm adding this part as a separate note on the off-chance Bungie actually reads this. Why is there only a few teams holding the door at legend? You are literally holding Blizzards hands, learn from them. It should be more like Hearthstone where Legend players compete in a separate rank, aside from the ladder. Those people compete for the top spot in Legend, they don't stop anyone else from reaching Legend. If you don't have the playerbase to do this then at least make it so if you play against someone who has already reached Legend you don't lose points. It shouldn't be so hard that people HAVE to pay someone to get it done. And make the rank thresholds smaller! It's so simple!

Either reset their rank or lost points that down ranked them.

Lack of good matchmaking in the game??

2 RepliesPeople can get the gun and still lose rank it's not something to complain about. And by your other comments just because someone else has it means you shouldn't play against them? Sounds like communist propaganda to me.
