If anything, I would message MynamisByf or Myelin Games on youtube, sound more up their ally and they've done similar stuff in the past. Bungie won't do it, I can tell you right now. Last thing they'd get started on right now lol, really cool idea though. I'd love to see it

There's no way to make money from it, marketing it would be really difficult, and it would ultimately distract them from their true work. I could see Byf handling this. Myelin, not so much. He doesn't tend to organize animators and shit.
