blind well tier 4 rewards
it gives a powerful engram at the first time in a every week.
it's sweet but if you clear tier 4 multiple times, rewards are worse than tier 1.
even if you clear tier 1, it gives you a blue gear. 2 or 3 also. (a legendary items sometimes)
but no gear for tier 4. i don't care better rewards than other tiers's but it has to be same at least.

Best thing to do is do Tier 4 every full curse week, got 2 extoics from doing this and powerful gear the other times

I did a nightfall and the powerful gear dropped a heavy that was lower than what I had equipped.
