Sudden FPS drop- Need help

Hey everyone, at the begining of this post I'll list my specs so we all know what we are dealing with: i7-6700K @ 4GHz, 16GB DDR3 Ram, GTX 1070 Asus ROG , Windows 10. I've already posted this but have not recieved a single answer so I am forced to post again. Not so long ago my destiny client was running fine on medium detail i was reaching above 144 fps all the time (144hz Monitor) when suddenly i noticed that the game right now can not run 144 fps on average with low settings. After hours of struggling I thought that maybe there is something wrong with my system so i decided to do format, reinstall windows and everything. I was trying do download older/newer GPU drivers and there is still no change at all. Any idea on how to solve this problem? It just appeard out of nowhere. In addition - wheter i use high/low/medium setting it does not matter at all. Even on ultra-low-potato destiny there is still no chance for stable 144 fpss :/. I already checked my graphic card, CPU, Ram, and hard drive (ssd) - everything running with 0 errors.

    • You might have a similar problem to a lot of us here. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/248919046?sort=0&page=0 My particular issue (stuttering and frame drops that get worse and worse over time in public zones) makes it so that I can't hold a steady framerate, no matter what graphics options I select. Might not be the exact same issue you have, but it sounds like they're in the same ballpark.

    • Do you have dual GPUs, because it sounds like the game is running on the integrated Intel chip instead of the dedicated NVidia.
