What kind of tweak do you propose?
There is only 1 thing i can think of that wouldnt destroy the sleeper which is slightly reduce body damage.
So no more instant deaths in ur super but also no more instant kills on an invader.

Lock it out of Gambit.

Edited by Fartmonkey: 9/15/2018 3:26:17 AMThere have been many good ideas if you're willing to scroll down for some level headed discussion, but after hearing others opinions I started thinking that maybe if we just gave it fall off damage at range making it a one shot at close to medium range but a two shot at distance. The one shot on body is too rewarding from such a great distance since it's so easy to aim.

Edited by BraddyBo: 9/15/2018 4:38:01 AMThat kind of nerf would also impact pve (strikes/raids). So, NO.

Do you really need to be that far away? Medium range is still really good.

LMFAO Seriously though, the answer to everybody crying about the sleeper is just too add a marker to where invaders are. No more nerfs, holy shit.

and reduce heavy ammo in Gambit
-
Or just get rid of the indicators above our heads when someone invades

Edited by BraddyBo: 9/15/2018 12:01:10 AMLMFAO. No. Im down to get rid of invader overshield and/or nerfing sleeper so it cant 1-shot supers but thats it.

So you want to nerf a gun that is basically fine In every kind of player experience except gambit. Its a pain In the ass because invaders can see where the opposing team is which gives them an instant advantage. Invaders having overshield has nothing to do with the sleeper being op in gambit
-
yeah it's not like they nerfed anything in the past that only affected pvp or anything except -blam!-ing everything pvp related

Edited by BraddyBo: 9/15/2018 1:20:41 AMI DO NOT want to nerf the sleeper in any way. Im just proposing an alternative to people wanting it banned. Honestly gambit is fine the way it is aside from invader overshields. Id be fine with a 2-3 second delay on markers showing where enemies are or markers on invaders themselves. But if you want markers completely gone then invaders must have an overshield 3x stronger than it is right now.
