I believe the Last Word will be in the Black Armory DLC, along with some other fan favorites. I mean, they can't bring the Chaperone back and NOT bring the Last Word. Fingers crossed.

Last Word isn't Golden Age tech but the Drifter does mention Tex Mechanica guns.
