Pardon the cynicism, but Destiny Guardians launches, and because the Korean games market has such strong competition, someone makes a complaint about an issue in game (granted, a very valid one), and the support team is on it, boom. Patch comes out pretty immediately, and the problem is solved. Meanwhile, here in the US, where the game landscape looks like a post-apocolyptic wasteland, where we have to roam from the giant, empty shells of one AAA game to another, trying not to trip over the tiny piles of dry bones from the indie market, we still have problems in D2 that originated in D1. More power to you if you can get the powers that be to address your issues immediately, I just wish we could get some of that special sauce over here.
