Bungie forcing pvp on players
I so sick of bungie trying to force players into pvp they know it's terrible they changed the whole system to cater to cod players who won't be around in a few months and then they take the one gun 90% of players want and force you to not only play pvp but get hand cannon kills but not just any kills they have to be headshots it's just sad

well bungie needs the numbers to be high so they have to push people into activities that most don't like. Also you must not have played many bungie games. That is just what bungie does. The could careless about the mainly pve crowd. mostly because they have always pushed towards pvp. Even in D1 they tried, but failed. I just deleted the quest and as always don't bother with pvp. specially if it's a requirement for a quest of any kind. Oh it won't change no matter how many times people complain about it. believe me people complained about in D1 and are still complaining about it. As I have said before. Bungie only sees numbers and unless those numbers are extremely low nothing changes. Oh and stop chasing the carrots bungie dangles.

another idiot who knows not what forced is. it's a quest, it's optional, no one has a gun to your idiot head. do it or don't. better yet find a game with no PvP so it aligns with your gaming interests, problem solved.....

this cant be any further from the truth, the majority of weapons come from pve. Most of peoples weapons are from pve. Ace of spades is a special quest line that is made to challenge you in one way or another, if you dont feel up to getting headshots in crucible, which is only 25 and that literally takes 3-4 or even 1 if ur -blam!-ing good at the game then maybe you shouldnt be trying to get the gun

PvP is a part of Destiny. Always has been, always will be. So don't be surprised that Bungie encourages players to try all aspects of the game with quests like this. And honestly, these aren't all that hard to complete. Feel free to look up my stats, I am average if not kinda bad at the Crucible but I have never failed to acquire an exotic that required progress in the Crucible. OG Thorn, Invective, Chaperone, etc. Got them all. I have no concerns about my ability to acquire Ace of Spades and Chaperone now, either. Just gotta put your emotions aside and grind it out.

I'm forced to rinse and repeat pve content for basically all my gear, stop whining.

Forced implies you need it to progress through something like, say, the campaign. It’s an entirely optional quest, with a damn good reward at the end of it. No one is forcing you to do it other than your want for it.

Mainly a PvE player. I got my headshots done in about 6 games. Would have been 4 if I hadnt run into really good players in 2 of the 6 matches. Crimson is a good pick, especially if you have the catalyst and a piece of armour that buff your Hand Cannon aim assist. Its really not that hard.
