Can you still get E.P armor?

Nightfall dropped me 7 fragments this week but I also did it with challenge card and all on. So yes.

If you have a key, or key fragments, yes you can. I had 7 fragments that I turned in yesterday evening, found a group did a full run and got the helmet to finish off my hunter armor set.
