Stay far away from Crucible if you are a solo player.
For solo players, I would stay far away from Crucible. My efficiency has plummeted since the update as I have gone up against team after team with players who take no damage due to lag or seemingly get one tapped from a primary weapon while shoulder charging (again, due to lag).
Get as hyped as you want, but the Crucible has not been fixed.

Been using a sniper for the most part. So, for myself as a solo player, I disagree with the OP. Go in, put your time in learning the new curve, win. Same as ever. Edit: Disclaimer, I run Gigabit speeds, so lag is something I rarely deal with. Even being a P2P based netcode.

Agreed on the connection issues Bungie did out that notice that there would be bugs until the forsaken release update So at the moment even if it feels like complete BS, its more than likely connection issues with the servers

5 RepliesI'm about a 1.0 k/d player, but I had about one good game and then proceeded to get murdered maybe 8 games in a row. Felt my wired internet was actually serving as a disadvantage so for the first time in my gaming history, I actually pulled the wire so I'll try wi-fi in a bit. Never got to that point before. Dunno if it was the lag or I was just all of a sudden a complete trash player. I'm not even a camping style player and don't usually stick with my blueberries so I guess I need to adapt big time.

lol that's true crucible is really big trash right now it's been almost 2 years and they didn't fix matchmaking system you play solo you will face fireteam

Same. Idk of they fixed the bug or if a lot of people are playing the game at once again but the experience has been pretty lame so far.. not really understanding why I’m playing against a bunch of teams.

Graviton Lance + Perfect Paradox + Grenade Launcher for heavy seems to be the best loadout I've come across so far.

Same here. I’d be more pissed though if crucible mattered more. Maybe this is a transitional stage leading up to the drop date. When you use Windows 98 servers sometimes shit gets bogged down a bit.
