Stay far away from Crucible if you are a solo player.
For solo players, I would stay far away from Crucible. My efficiency has plummeted since the update as I have gone up against team after team with players who take no damage due to lag or seemingly get one tapped from a primary weapon while shoulder charging (again, due to lag).
Get as hyped as you want, but the Crucible has not been fixed.

3 RepliesI just played a few matches last night and sadly wasn't feeling it. Maybe I was just out of practice. I dunno. Fusions used to be my go to and I wasnt having much luck there. Gotta find a better one maybe. Lots of shotties around right corners. The just it still out for me.

4 RepliesYou should have learned by now, if you are a solo player, to go to the roster as soon as you start up a game. If you see a team of six join then leave and start your search again.....saves me alot of anguish. I rarely have to back out more than once....

I mean that hasn’t happened to me or anyone I’ve played with so maybe you just have terrible connection. If it isn’t that, then stop whining and actually give some usable feedback. If you have an issue with the game rn give an alternative solution rather than just crying and saying that solo players should stay away from the crucible. I play most of my games solo and so far I haven’t had any real complaints.

Honestly since teams hitting is a lot less prevalent now crucible is way more generous to solo players, d1 was the same way, solo players just have to play smart

3 RepliesIt must suck to suck.... Played 12 games of SOLO quick play yesterday.....all great k/d's so many horrible players that can't run and pull a trigger at the same time. Jumped from a 2.08 to 2.12 k/d for a little while there.

My biggest issue I've come across today an it needs fixing before the launch is players taking no dmg, I shot a guy 3 times with telesto for him to not even lose his shield, if that's not fixed before launch gambit is gonna be a shit show

I ran 3 quickplay matches last night, just to get the reward. I had been using the Graviton Lance as a special since I unlocked the masterwork perk, not as a crutch, just because I enjoyed using it. But after putting 6 bursts into a guardians' head at close range last night and watching his health bar barely dropping off, I put it back in the vault and switched to an auto. And then there was the titan running around the map at full speed flaying people with the void shield. It's going to be an adjustment for sure.

2 RepliesAs a solo player You must accept the way crucible is, not as you wish it to be,you must be willing to learn. Notice you’re mistakes, comeback from every loss, know when to fight and know when to retreat. Accept that you will always lose but you will fight as hard as you can until then end and you will never be dissapointed

The only point that i would give you is that the crucible has been laggier since the update.

If fine from for solo players. It’s D1 all over again especially the sliding shotguns.

I haven’t had this much in Crucible since D1, and I normally don’t have fun in crucible. Jumped into a math, easily about to hit Mercy Rule. Ended up beating the team and nearly ran the clock. No one that is D2 only knows to how to handle this speed, but when your shotgunning then Tractor Canon it feels fun, then you focus Fire to save each other.
