PS4 Pro still freezing playing Destiny 2, 1 year later
Nearly a year after launch and Destiny 2 still freezes on PS4 Pro.
NO, it's not a console issue as all other games work just fine, including much larger games like Fallout 4 and Skyrim special edition.
NO, Sony won't fix it as it isn't an issue with the hardware.
Bungie has ignored this issue and actually thinks we have forgotten that we cannot play what we paid for.

1 ReplyI have this same problem. I can play just fine on my reg ps4, but my pro freezes every time within a few mins. It completely blacks out my screen and most of the time my pro has to be reset because the screen won't come unfrozen.

I’ve played D2 on 3 different PS4 pros, and have never had the issue you describe.

Hello, Thanks for the report. Do you receive any error codes when the game freezes? Have you tried a full reinstall of Destiny 2 and all of its add-ons.
