Ugly warlocks and bulky titans please fix
Hunters you all look amazing, but I don’t want to be wearing super fancy warlock robes all the time, cut down the fancy a bit. And as far as the vanguard helmet goes, my Guardian’s nose doesn’t reach past the visor! Go back to a Destiny 1 style of armor, like the amazing House of Wolves sets.
Titans are extremely bulky and look like they put on Cabal armor, create more customization and provide some armor with smaller shoulder pads. More sleekness as well, going back to House of Wolves, their chest armor was awesome, not like the fat titans we have now, create sleek builds for those who don’t want to make a female titan to achieve that level of slim.
Overall, improve the look of the Warlock armor, go back to the awesomeness of the D1 style warlock. Titans, more options! Bulky and sleek!
Hunters! You look great. Love what D2 did to you fellas. Crucible armor? Favorite in the game.

Edit: It seems the general consensus (including hunters) are also not happy with the endgame gear, trials, raid, or otherwise. The Yuga stuff was a step in the right direction, but no one wears endgame gear to look good, only to show off or use its perks in the raid.

The shoulders are so disproportionate to the rest of the body. The only thing I'm not liking about warlocks are the helmet designs. They're ugly. I wish the stats could be rerolled.

4 RepliesWhat crack are you on saying Hunters look amazing? Hands down Titans are the best and Warlocks are the worst. Bulky shoulders do not ruin the titans but for some -blam!-ed reason bungie keeps adding shit hunter legs and hunter armor that refuses to work with shaders.

Hunters looks awesome? Just look at this ugly SoH chest, Cloak that hardy changes blue colour, boots that look like clown boots. Most of the hunter gear looks shit, cloaks just recompensate. Just look at EP gear, Hunters EP gear looks like someone took some damaged warsat scraps and glued it to some clothes. Meh. Items and colours in D2 mostly looks like someone didn't even take time test how it looks. We have few colours that gives you some specials surface on armor with nice fancy looks, but most of the colours? What the hell? Why would I put Green, Blue, Red, Violet all at once in random parts of my gear? Am I Guardian or space clown? I understand few such colours because people are wierd and may use it, but thats like 80% of the colours.

2 RepliesI miss when the end game gear looked awesome. Especially when you had a shader from the raid like the all white or all black ones from Early D1. You felt badass running those shades back in the day. It is a shame you have to pay to run shaders. It's cool to use different ones on guns and everything, but i wish the gear shades were like Y1 when one applied to everything and it wasn't a consumable.

1 ReplyI believe we'll be getting some D1 armor, although I'm not sure how much, but they've shown off a set of vanilla D1 gear for Titan, as well as the Prison of Elders gear for Warlock and Titan.

Everyone else seems to act like you get aids if you so much as touch the armor. I dunno, but I've always been a fan of armor that isn't strictly symmetrical. Having a good amount of unevenness, but balanced out across the whole set in a way that doesn't make one side blatantly obtuse, can make some pretty cool armor pieces.

I would like to see a change in the style for the Warlock and Titian armours. The 1980s shoulder pads on the Titan need to go out of fashion like the 1980s did. The dressing gowns and robes the Warlocks wear are really awful. They need to provide normal jacket length options as an alternative, Warlocks had them in Destiny 1. If I was running around in space I sure as hell wouldn't be doing it in full length gown every day.
