So, I've done multiple Heroic public events, multiple lost sectors, and I've done patrols. None of them are giving me resonate stems. Since I got my first one I haven't received another one. This is getting pretty ridiculous as I've spent almost fifteen hours on Mars trying to farm them and have only received one resonate stem. Not like one per event literally just one. I'm not sure if it's bugged or what's going on but it's making it impossible for me to complete my sleeper quest.
