i see ornaments as what they are. just a change in how the armor shades. so if a piece of armor has a big spot that commonly houses the worst colors the ornaments will move that. only expect outstanding ornaments for endgame gear.

So you start by saying that you only see ornaments as a change in the shade/texture, not the shape of the armor... and then you say you expect outstanding ornaments only for endgame gear so... which one is it? Also, is Iron Banner considered endgame? Because the ornaments for IB do change the shape of the armor.
