Well, I liked the reveal
I enjoyed pretty much everything I saw. And I appreciate that they didn't show and spoilered too much.

Honestly, I loved that Reveal Trailer. The “Ice Hive” may be very different from the ones we’ve grown to love to hate, making them a whole new enemy, and of course, bringing back a supposedly-forgotten Russian Warmind and brushing all of the dust off. And a Horde Mode. I’m going to love that for quite a long while. Despite what many people see as Bungie being “lazy”, this is the perfect example of a series becoming superior to the salty haters who try to bring it back to Earth.

I thought it was ok. Didn't look any spectacular, especially getting all old stuff back again. Have been playing Iron Banner last week after not playing for some months and was hoping for some cool/new stuff that could bring me back into the game. I guess the good Destiny days (d1) are over?! I'm getting tired of Destiny i guess.

1 ReplyIt looks really good. I do like the Escalation Protocol gametype even tho its a bit similar to Prison of Elders. I think the fact that its in a public space where 3 other randoms can join you will make it feel much more fresh than PoE. The exotic changes are fantastic with the catalyst perk as well. To be honest the thing I'm most hyped for right now is the rework to the reward system in PVP and ranks. I am very excited for that. ALSO it looks like they're really making weapons good again.

1 ReplyYou - "Here is my opinion." The replies - "Your opinion is wrong, and you're an idiot." No wonder Destiny always falls around 4 or 5 for the most toxic communities in gaming. I for one, liked some of it, but don't like that there aren't any big changes coming (which we already knew). I am looking forward to the exotic changes. I can understand why people are upset.

Yeah, I liked what I saw too. I don't know that any of it looked particularly transformative for Destiny 2, but they didn't show a lot and it's only a $20 DLC. I'm expecting more of the same kind of content (which the game does need) and a slew of minor improvements. I don't think Warmind is going to fix Destiny 2's fundamental loot problem, or suddenly turn it into the game this dumb*** community has made up in their heads that it's supposed to be ... but I enjoyed a good 200+ hours of Destiny 2, and I imagine I'll get my $20 worth out of Warmind. Though I'll wait until I've seen more before I actually buy it.

Actually looks fun. Like Curse of Osiris, however I know (since playing D1) that it could have been/could be much better:/ I’m looking forward to D2 in September for sure. I’ll have to pick it up again for cheap and play then. Sounds like they will have a lot of changes and it will be D2’s Taken King like expansion.

I liked what I saw. Makes me wish they had delved more into the story of _____ (something) like we seem to be doing in this DLC. I generally like the story Destiny tells but seems like they leave so much of the story untold.
