Did it look good? Yes. Does it seem like Bungie has stepped it up since DLC 1? Yes. Will this save Destiny? Maybe. Will this keep us engaged until September? No. All I'm saying is that just because it looks impressive, doesn't mean it will be. Remember Watch Dogs? Or how about No Man's Sky? How about Curse of Osiris?

No mention of any new strikes. No mention of a new raid, at launch or later. The "new" enemy Bungie was talking about is just frosty Hive. People were speculating the new endgame was going to be a reskinned Prison of Elders, but instead what we got was just another Court of Oryx style Public event... Only one new exotic weapon shown. Even if it isn't the only new one coming, which they never stated, I doubt there will be many more since they're bringing back old exotics too. Never buying anything from Bungie in advance ever again. This is on par with a what many other games would release as a free update. What a waste of my money...

D1 Day 1 Beta Player here. Does anyone on the forum know how Bungie works yet? Since the game has gone downhill (roughly October 2017) there hasn’t been adequate time to change peoples’ major complaints for the game. That is why they don’t have any major reveals or updates for Warmind; the content was already built before D2 launched. Now PvP content and weapons balancing on the other hand are the quickest things to roll out so they are toting that more as the major “reveal” for Warmind - because they could make that PvP content off of player feed back since D2 launched. Creating two or three linear 8 person static maps for crucible every three months is way more doable then creating say another destination or planet full of PvE content. We dedicated Destiny fans will bode our time until September’s DLC, because in a year they will feasibly be able to use fans’ feedback for in-game changes. This Summer is going to be a long one with no new content but I am confident they will pull it around by the Fall. And I don’t care how much more I have to shell out to play new content that should or shouldn’t have been in the game originally - I like playing Destiny and that’s all it comes down to.

When I see the stupid emote wheel, all I see is a lost opportunity to use the dpad for something helpful (ammo synths, change load out, add temporary buffs, etc.). Why did anyone push for this?

Just to be frank with bungie. We have a shit ton of planets out there. Yet, they used mars, earth, some of Saturn but not the planet itself. Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, yet, just yet they used the same planets. I want to see Neptune, Saturn, the Milky Way, in this goddamn galaxy. Oh don’t get me started as one of the D1 beta players, I like the fact they bring back old guns. Yes D1 still beats the cheap ass D2, that’s because you guys used to fix things. Now ur lazy asses no wanna fix D2. Have u guys even checked the goddamn mirror, more like us players to see what we want. As a gamer, I’ve been wanting more and new content when it comes to shooter looters. I don’t want reskins, yes activision is part of you guys.Reskins May look prestigious in Call of Duty. But that’s call of duty. I want new weapons that doesn’t looked remodeled. Or an upgrade to a previous one. And frosty the snowman ain’t gonna save us. >_< hive really. What about new enemies. I actually got everything I wanted sooner than expected. A Hive themed DLC, Hive themed exotics, return of the Warlock Akhnharma or however it's spelled gauntlets. Escalation Protocol is going to be so much fun, and Exotcis are being revamped to be better (Lookin at you Skyburner's my baby) I'm pretty excited.
