Let’s just go back to D1 guys
Like literally the only option nowadays....

1 ReplyI feel fortunate when it comes to D1. I only had a small experience with Destiny 1 (3 weeks worth) before D2 dropped. I played D2 until I found myself looking for more to do. So I loaded up D1 and with all the content I never explored I am in exhilaration at all the things to do and explore. Having so much more fun now on D1 than D2. I really like the weapons and armor having so many possible combinations of perks that can roll onto them. Plus, the atmosphere just seems more immersive and realistic compared to D2. The enemies are tougher. The yellowbars and bosses feel powerful and lethal. The character modelling of armor looks better to me, not so exaggerated as D2 armor as I see it. All the mysterious artifacts, keys, runes, codes, etc., really give me a sense of wanting to explore more and discover their secrets. I just now got myself to a point good for raiding. Grinded and got my exotic swords, Black spindle, Sleeper Stimulant, all this by help from a knowledgeable D1 friend of course. Now we're starting to enter the raids that is a whole new experience for me. I look forward to loading up D1 and playing more. Feels good to have that excitement when jumping into a game.

1 ReplyThat’s what I’m doing. If I feel like space magic I’ll play D1. D2 will have to wait till next year. Everything currently in D2 is revolving around Eververse. Plus, there so many other great games out there too.

I get what you mean, personally though I'm going back to ff14. I wanted destiny to be what they originally wanted to be. An mmofpsrpg, first of its kind. I even stuck around in hopes they would get it right in D1. Sadly it became a looter shooter, not that there's anything wrong with that. Just not what was proposed.

1 ReplyOr you can play the countless other games like ac origins, overwatch, warframe, or any other game you want. Destiny isn't the only franchise.
