It has high range, virtually no damage falloff, a damage over time burn effect, and it has the lowest time to kill in the game by about half right now. It's 100% broken. Even more then the vex mythoclast was pre nerf in destiny 1. Did they even playtest this? Its like having constant heavy ammo. Update: Deej tweeted out that the gun shipped with a bug and will be fixed. All of you defending it or downplaying its power are unsurprisingly wrong. Update 2: Xur is selling it. The gun kills in under 0.4 seconds, the closest thing in the game to that is the last hopes 0.7 seconds, and the last hope is only useful at about 15 feet. This gun can cross map and beat out scout rifles and maintain the 0.4 second time to kill. There is no defense against this gun in PVP, it isn't a debate, that's just a fact. It is, without a doubt, broken.
