That's right, the brilliant minds at Bungie decided to add more timed activities when QUITE LITERALLY NOBODY likes them.
How many more "remove the -blam!-ing timers!!!!" threads need to be made before they get the point? Jesus. This is incompetence at its finest.

I did not like timers at 1st however having played through all of the content I can say that I do like them as opposed to D1 where I was waiting for my team for an hour and I could have done it all by myself

because the 2-300 of you complainers does not equal NOBODY....................

I hate timers

Don't have a "ban this, I don't like it attitude", instead ask for a heroic strike (no timer!), and guess what, you got it.
-
Ummm some people do like the timers. How about you you speak for yourself and not the whole community.

1 ReplyYeah so everybody complaing about not finding public events/broken public events a year ago had nothing to do with the decision. Before D2, not a single person had a negative thing to say about timers. Know why? Cause its trolling bullshit thats why! Turn a positive into a negative and act like a butthurt fan boy but youre really a troll with an agenda.

8 RepliesEdited by Capcom__Warrior: 12/6/2017 12:06:17 AMEvery time I run a strike in D1 or D2 every person in the fire team is rushing through. I barely have a chance to take my time and enjoy it. It's pretty safe to say the Bungie has checked the stats and noticed how quickly people were rushing through strikes and added it to Nightfalls in D2. The time restriction isn't that bad bro. Just get better at communicating and strategize with your team on Energy/Power weapons and you'll do fine.

Seriously, the timed heroics are the most fun part of the DLC so far, what are you even on about? Just go away.

Edited by steve_nevets: 12/6/2017 11:49:08 AMI like timers and so do a lot of people, its just more people who dont like them spend their time coming here to complain whereas people who do like them spend their time playing the game... Ps this forum does not indicate a majority opinion...

1 ReplyGet timed scrub

21 RepliesNot to mention in D1 how people used to just sit in the entrance door on Summoning Pits and snipe the boss and kill enemies till the boss died. Sometimes it took over 30 minutes just for the final encounter. Not fun at all. The timers add a new element of strategy that I believe Bungie has realized a lot of players like.

5 RepliesHi, I like timers.

2 RepliesI like timers. Only thing that actually makes nightfall more than trivial. Honestly they should be shorter. They’re so long that you have to have never done the content before or be really bad to fail.

1 ReplyEdited by Smough: 12/6/2017 7:33:16 AMI’m still trying to figure out why so many people are this upset about timers. My complaint with timers is that they are there just to be there, they don’t add difficulty or anything. I rarely notice them at all.
