12 RepliesHe didn't say that. He said the DLC is worth the asking price. He later said he would not recommend it based on the state D2 is in now. He had a whole discussion on the sad state of QoL issues that need to be addressed.

Actually TBL from Planet Destiny just gave them a scathing review from the XP scandal and said basically if players have just moved on from Destiny who could blame them. He and Houndish are a couple of players who really love the game and you can just hear fatigue in their voices at the mess the game is. Oh and many other streamers who were always so positive on the game have not even posted a video in over a month.... Bungie has nearly lost every source of backing and that guy you talk of there well you kind of have to consider the source....

Not sure if Zedstar is being serious or not. In that video Dpj did say several negative things about D2. If he was getting paid by Bungie he is doing a seriously bad job of convincing people to buy their product. Then again, this topic could have been brought into existence as a parody of the usual "Youtubers are being paid by Bungie!" nonsense. Which is kind of funny because I assume people have brains capable of making their own decisions. Though, it feels like the fabric of reality was torn long ago... so maybe the zombies got those people?

1 ReplyWell it's a part of their job. More console ,dpj , planet destiny, datto and other destiny YouTubers get their money from this game. Imagine if no one buys the dlc and quit this game and unsubscribe from their channel they would have no audience = no ad money. Personally I think they shouldn't over hype anything and present it the way it is and let the audience decide on their own.

I remember a dpj video on the dlc saying that it didn't offer anything new, which isn't really advocating for it... I also don't understand how you take what they say at face value when they are literally being payed by youtube to shill for destiny, and although some are branching out, most are still stuck shilling and really can't not shill without losing their audience. So, duh?

Everyone said Andromeda was terrible, played it for myself, it's a pretty good game, not as good as the Trilogy, but pretty good, I put 100+ hrs into it. In simpler terms, others didn't like it, I did.

I don't know. Maybe people can think for themselves and make decisions for themselves? Who cares what a Youtuber says. Maybe this should be a lesson that watching some random dude play a video game is a complete waste of time anyway. Maybe there are better things to do. Also... your shift key seems to be stuck.
