He's pointing out the fact that we are a culture of [i]critics[/i] and [i]consumers[/i]. Arrogant, entitled critics and consumers. Where everyone is an instant [i]expert[/i] despite having no clue about how difficult it can be to [i]create [/i] something. I don't make video games, but I compose and record my own music. So I know that a tune that may fly by in a few minutes may represent dozens or even hundreds of hours of work over a period weeks. Depending on how hard it is to get things to come together into a cohesive whole that I feel is worth listening to. As opposed to, [i]"Oh it's so easy, they're being lazy. It's should have been in the game to begin with!![/i] If you think it's easy to create, then grab a shovel get in the trenches and show the rest of us what [i]you[/i] can do....
