I can't believe this. Titan gets a grenade more powerful than a hunters tether and they can switch subclass and get double pulse nades??

2 RepliesHave you ever tried using surpressors? They are quite hard to use to successfully cancel a super. They must be timed well and bounce all over the place. If it happens to you just tip your cap to the Titan in question. As a Titan main I agree pulsies are OP right now compared to other nades but supressor is fine as is.
-
That's how it always has been, note that Energy Drain was never given a Supression effect. Teather has a lingering, larger area of effect, can stick to surfaces, have the option to be fired multiple times while the grenade doesn't. It requires better timing from the bounce and can backfire on the user. I'll agree that titans have improved since D1 and imo are the best all around class. Also, I don't even play this blaming game anymore.

Titans are awsome. That's why.
-
Oh come now nothing is better then throwing a suppressor at an enemy and the moment they active their roaming super it goes off and they just stand there punching the air not realizing what happened.

Suppressor came before tether. So please do r complain about suppressor v tether. It has always shut down supers. It’s called suppressor. Also double pulse modes? Oh? Just buff other names to be as good as they should be. -
Did you play D1?
-
5 RepliesJust play Titan.
-
7 RepliesNo only does switching subclasses put you at a major disadvantage midgame, but suppressors don't kill you outright, like quite a few other grenades can. You have summoned me.
-
Is this satire? I'm sure it is.
-
Cause it suppresses abilities... since D1.....

WE GOT A KINDER-KINDER GUARDIAN HERE, In all seriousness suppressors were in destiny 1 & Its not over powered it takes skill to know where to toss it, It takes thinking of what would the player do?
-
3 RepliesLmao what do you want them to get rid of “suppressed” on shadowshot to? They aren’t getting rid of that grenade
-
1 ReplySomeone got shutdown...
-
Also I get that there need to be counters to everything. Like is there a stormcaller coming at You? Titan smash. Is there a golden gun around the corner? Tether. Etc. But you shouldn't be able to counter EVERY super in the game with a single grenade.
-
4 RepliesDumb ass, suppressor grenades can harm the user, tether cant. tethers can last much longer before being activated AND after being activated. it has a larger range, and slows movement speed. and last time i checked you can one shot a guardian with a suppressor grenade. now try to tell me a suppressor grenade is stronger than tether.
-
2 RepliesA Hunters tether deals more damage on impact and lasts significantly longer as well as having the ability to affect targets after the initial activation. I would disagree that the suppressor grenade is more powerful than the default Hunter tether. Switching sub-classes is generally an unwise decision as it resets all ability cooldowns and will leave the user vulnerable as they use their menu.
-
It was more balanced in destiny 1 when titans only had a bubble. They were a pure defending class. Now it is a bit op that they can supprees and then attack with the shield.
-
11 RepliesIsn't that what the suppressor grenade is supposed to do, shut down abilities? Aka: supers What would you like a suppressor grenade to suppress imstead?
-
7 RepliesLoL. STFU. Ask for buffs for your bitch ass subclass instead of asking for nerfs on one that kicks your ass (and LOL that sentinel Titan wrecks your shit unless it's FunPolice).
-
2 RepliesYou must not have played D1 then, allow me to introduce you to my Armamentarium + max Discipline suppressor nades in any Mayhem mode.

1 ReplyDoes anyone remember Titan Skating? Or 1 hit kill shoulder chargers? How about juggernaut titan with a shotgun? This game is so much easier to destroy in pvp now.
