Constructive criticism is welcome but some of these topics are just salty people being ignorant and immature

4 RepliesNo offense but isn't constructive criticism what Bungie got for 2-3 years? If you give a co-worker the same "constructive criticism" 2-3 years and they go on and go full stupid there's a point where someone cracks and, despite them being a coworker, you hit them over the head and call them "stupid" at that stage. The fact that this isn't a co-worker relationship but a business one makes me ask this: -if a company gets a decent amount of constructive criticism and goes back, ignores plenty of it and adds in stuff that makes no sense and their success depends on their being profitable, a consumer does reserve the right to ask who was the idiot that thought it was okay? So thus, who was the idiot that thought -4v4 was cool? -random crucible was cool? -killing everything with primaries for the most part in PvE was cool -that matchmaking with 3/4 member fireteams vs randoms was cool -exotic repeats in the amount and frequency were what we wanted..../s These are probably the most contentious points raised that can be mostly agreed upon and nothing since even D1's beta suggested anyone wanted any of the stuff above related to crucible even! So why do something no one asked for or was wanting? Even infamous so-called nerf-babies weren't calling for 4v4, I don't recall anyone even asking for it let alone random crucible?!?! So when a company like Bungie ignores good constructive criticism and goes out of their way to code incredibly stupid stuff, they invite toxicity by virtue of the stupidity they employed. If my best friend in life every worked for Bungie and on the Destiny project and said they voted for this shit I feel, as a good friend, I'd have to slap some sense into them and slap the Bungie~stupid out too because that's what a good friend does!

Do you think or believe the game is fine and those that complaining doesn't have a legitimate reason? What was are the list of issues that need to be address and what should be done to fix it? What feature should be add or implement to improve the game? Which direction you like to see the game move forward to? What you think the game will be like in 2-3 years from now? I would like to see a good example of constructive feedback from your point of view.

People are allowed to voice their opinions so long as they aren't violating the rules, regardless of if it bothers me or you or anyone else. You might not agree with it, but people if peeps can follow the rules them they can post. That being said, you don't have to respond. You don't have to be a part of the so-called "Bungie Defense Force" and since nobody has ever won an internet slap fight, the best thing to do is ignore people who bash a thing you like. I like the band Yes, but I don't need to "defend" yes or my liking of prog rock. Same thing with Destiny 2. I don't need to "defend" Destiny 2, it's a thing I like that I play in my free time, I don't need to defend my liking of it to anyone, because at the end of the day liking the game is my thing, and nobody but me decides what I like and I don't care about anyone else's opinions on things that I like. I don't listen to every stranger on the internet that says bad things about a thing I like, I used to, but it proved to be ultimately detrimental. People are going to not like the things you like, it's up to you to give what they say weight. I will defend to my death their right to say the things they want to say but when it comes to caring about it (especially when it's just bile) it's white noise.
