IGN gave D2 a review score of 8.5; why trust IGNs DLC review?
If IGN gave Destiny 2 such a high score and don’t like the new DLC then it’s probably not casual and actually good content

Gamesradar - 100 Polygon - 90 Forbes (Paul Tassi) - 90 Game Informer - 90 PC Gamer - 85 Edge - 80 Giant Bomb - 80 Gamespot - 80 If you're going to fault one outlet for their review and ask how can they be trusted because they rated the base game with high marks - then you need to say the same for every one else that had a similar rating.
