One night was about 30 min of sleep. I felt disoriented and unstable the rest of the day.

There were days that I went to work despite having been awake for 24 hours, sometimes even 48...

Used to be me 5 days a week when I had 5 AM shifts. Insomnia doesn't pair well with morning shifts

I've stayed up all day and night before work before. Otherwise, the least amount of sleep I've gotten before work is about three hours.

I don't know how people get by with less than 6 hours of sleep. I'm always tired even with 7.

When I was in the Navy and we were in a port in Australia, I was working a graveyard shift in the Galley. They let us go off the ship after work as long as we were back in time for our shift. This was a few days before New Years Eve. I would go see the sites after my shift and be lucky to get an hour of sleep. I did this for 3 days. After celebrating New Years I slept hard the rest of the day.

Tfw you wake up to your alarm with energy and decide you'll treat yourself and rest a little bit longer but you accidentally fall back asleep and wake up at 7:00 and miss your bus.

I've had times where I had no sleep at all. You get this second wind sometimes when you don't sleep. You kinda go into overdrive mode but once it wears off you feel like crap. Getting like weird chills in the back of your head and overall just feeling weak. Usually it happens when I workout to late and can't sleep or... I'm out and about doing stuff I shouldn't be doing. Not drug related though.

4 RepliesEdited by Hwood98: 11/15/2017 11:39:12 AMGet use to it. Not including the drugs that made me stay up. I do that routine all the time. Here for the past year, after going to sleep, once i wake up i cant go back to sleep untill the next day. Regardless of how much ive slept.
