Also having this issue, version 4186578. Didn't play yesterday but it was working for me on Wednesday, Nov 8 this week. Tried everything in this other post: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/238048509?sort=0&page=0
but to no avail. This sucks.

Have you tried closing blizzard and opening blizzard through the Destiny 2 launcher? Sounds dumb but that for some reason worked for me and a few others
