1 ReplyMatch making purposes! More people in a single playlist, more people to make good connections with, less lag. That's also why they went down to only 4v4! Reduced lag by just reducing the number of people in a match. Simple

But we can choose which videogame to launch , that's all choice I need :D

6 RepliesYou are not contributing on nothing right now. The sad part is all these other idiots who agree with you. You are just complaining to get attention. Seek some help .......please

Cause this is destiny 2!!! It’s cool though go buy some pop tarts you’ll get an XP boost but don’t tell anybody else it’s a casual secret....
-
Don’t understand Bungie decisions, the game went 20 steps back
-
2 RepliesBut getting dropped in to Supremacy games where your new team is down 30 crests is a good time.

4 RepliesThere is a 1 in 140,000 chance the "person" you are talking to online is actually a cat

2 RepliesThank you lethal for your unrelenting criticism of this game, if only the devs were as persistent as you we might all be enjoying the game instead of the forums. I'll answer your question with a question.. do they actually want this game to be good? A sequel builds, it doesn't subtract. I feel like bungie has a strategy down to discover how little they can sell for how much.

1 ReplyBungle should just go all the way and choose our loadouts too. Then we really couldn't fu@k it up.
-
14 RepliesIt will be added eventually. The real question is why not available at launch? There’s a story in that.

not enough game modes for PVP

Edited by amplitudelol: 11/10/2017 12:08:49 PMI like the way World of Warcraft handles this. There you can choose specific dungeons and battlegrounds but you get more of the same reward for completion if you choose to queue up for a random one. This would be cool for Destiny 2.

7 RepliesBecause in the near future Bungie will release multiple PVP playlists and a way to choose individual strikes and Bungie will make a big deal out of it and act like its a content drop I wonder if theres a name for this business practice? Take something away, and then give it back to the customer as if its new, and you are doing them a favor
-
You cant choose because thats coming out as part of a dlc. They are going to give us something back we used to have. Sound familiar?
-
Yeah this game sucks
-
1 ReplyBecause the game sucks.

2 RepliesWell first off its Destiny 2. From my point of view they want you explore all of the content of each of the strikes and the pvp Pvp: let's say you only played Control and no other crucible match. When you do the quickplay it give you a chance to play other pvp mode's, such as Supremacy and Clash. What if you were better doing Supremacy vs. control. I find it refreshing to play each one. Found out I'm Pretty good in Survival. Strikes: As for strikes, I know everyone want's to grind the same strike over and over, but i find it refreshing that we get a random strike. In my point of view gives you a refresh and, keeps you mind engaged and focused. In all I think that's what Bungie was going for. Randomness, Engaging and the feeling of where am I? That's just my point of view

I'm guessing not having PVP fully fleshed out was because they were up against the deadline and they had to make some tough decisions on what the game would and would not have. I think they took a look at D1's stats and saw that PVE players will focus on PVE, and PVP players will ALSO focus on PVE as they look to collect weapons to use in PVP. I think they hoped the game would repeat and play out as it did in D1, where only 5% of players actually played PVP during Vanilla. I fully believe they looked at the statistics from D1 and thought it would do them the least amount of harm to not have PVP fully fleshed out. As for the strikes? Who knows. Probably because choice = fun, and so Bungie cannot permit it to exist.
Did they know the game was going to bomb?
Yep

Edited by Thane: 11/9/2017 9:41:06 PMBecause you were trained little by little ever since the franchise released to accept any BS Bungo throws your way. They tell you when, what, how, how long and how many rewards you get. This isn’t any different. Save me any of the excuses for this ridiculous design choice (the hundredth). With “millions” playing, there shouldn’t have been any matchmaking issues to begin with. Its a BIG bad joke ..... a cluster-blam!-. A simple game for the simple minded, only they can tolerate this BS.

1 ReplyBro this game is so bad the forums are now starting to die! There is so many things wrong with this game that I literally can’t think of them all. I stopped playing and I’m the biggest Bungie fan boy alive. I would rather shit in the woods and use poison ivy as my tp then play this joke of a game. I would rather take a bath in piss then play this game. I would rather pop fat peoples zits and lick the puss then play this turd. I would rather drop soap in prison then play this game. Heck I would rather torch Bungie on the forums then waste another second on poop sucker of a game. Heck I would rather play CoD then this crap.

3 RepliesHas cozmo or Deej ever replied to your posts?

Why can't we choose our strike or pvp mode? You can do that with Destiny 1. Most people didn't enjoy that. I don't know their logic or motivations of the masses of Guardians.

12 RepliesEdited by Combo164: 11/10/2017 6:42:45 AMI dont get the strike complaint. Yes you could select them in D1, but manually choosing didnt add any modifiers or increase the level aside from strikes that had quest points on them. "But i select specifics to do certain bounties". Bounties dont exist anymore plus public events are still available. So overall the lack of choosing strikes is a very minute problem. Honestly no different from running heriocs in D1. Sure i guess it be nice but again, not really worth the complaints. As for crucible. Yeah bring back choice. Imo no pvp shooter should remove freedom in choosing game modes.

I would really like to choose my own PvP mode. And play with more than 7 other people..
