what's the name of the Pulse? reason I ask because I believe "the heart of fire" pulse rifle is the winning weapon...if FWC wins.

"Heart of Time," is the name, and it was the reward for FWC winning LAST faction rally. It is now in the normal engram loot pool.

ok...I was focused on Dead Orbit last week...but RNG is a mutha in this game...played 3 years and never got the Vex...lol
