I don't know if this will help, but the issue is waaaay more frequent if you're standing on Warlocks' rifts.

Yes, OMG everytime i use one of my shields as a Warlock i start having these ''micro stutters'' . It is soo annoying, and i hope it won't damage my gear. Bungie please, i'm playing a class & i can not use one of my abilities ?!!!
