OT i'm curious. What are your 2 least favorite maps and most favorite map?
for me I hate respite with a passion. javelin is my second hated map.
alter of flame is my favorite.

I don't know. My favorite, I guess would be Distant Shore, probably because of nostalgia. I don't really have a "hated" map, though. When Emporer's Respite comes up, I get kinda excited at the possibility of overthrowing the team that starts at A. It doesn't always happen, but when it does, it's pretty satisfying. If I dislike any at all, I'd probably have to agree with you on Javelin-4. Once a team gets established back there at B, it's like trying to remove an infestation of roaches, unless you've got a Nova Bomb ready, to clear them outta there. And it seems like your team will always just want to keep running straight back there, to try to get them off of it, instead of just trying to grab A and C.

Distant shore plays a lot better than I remember. But maybe that's due to D2 pvp has less people to deal with and it's more "primary" gunfights than ability spam or special spam. I used to feel that way about respite. But after having 2-3 days in a row where it basically only played that map for me the challenge wore off and is just now frustration. My problem with javelin is the spawns. if an enemy team moves around the map I'm almost always either spawning directly into combat or 1 second from combat. That and it seems like almost every angle I can take is viewable by 2 seperate positions.
