no matter the outcome i still get tokens or some loot, so why should i care if i win or lose?

Remember when people wanted to win for the sake of beating your opponents? Wake up you salt clown..

If i was part of a whole clan or with all my friends, then yes winning means more. But in this game when you play solo, its best not to care, cause likely your getting your ass kicked by a clan. The rewards for winning and losing in this game should be different, thats all i was saying.

Unfortunately, this is what we end up with, when parents and teachers treat their children the way that the millennial children's did... "You don't have to be, or do anything significant, and we'll still make sure you 'win' also." Then they expect life to be that way.
