Ah I see, this isn't sexist at all but if I made a boys only group, I'd get shit on. Yeah, okay. Double standards are the greatest.

That box of kleenex made my day. Anyways I can see what you mean @jdniscool, many men only groups do get shitted on. Fortunately it's is not so bad on the gaming side for us. Look at the "Dad's of Destiny" they seem to be doing fine. I also had a member join my clan because she felt that the female clan that she was a part of was too girly or something, not sure. Anyways, most groups are not so bad as we may think in gaming at least. Everywhere else, I can see huge political controversies happening.

It does, actually. My family has a cold atm. But seriously though these double standards have to stop.

We aren't denying men access to the game nor are we segregating ourselves from the rest of the population. Because our socialization does not impact you, it is not discriminatory. The purpose is, as Bungie has intended, to create a social network of friends or likeminded individuals. It is a private club, and we are allowed to choose members who represent our interests (female experiences and representation) and contribute to our social atmosphere (respectful, fun-loving non-ragers). I'd like to reiterate that our group is a social network first, spanning other platforms and social clubs. We offer Destiny clans as an additional benefit to members, but participation in them is not required. We have plenty of members who belong to other clans (or none at all).

Right, I don't mind you making a Private clan with restrictions. What, I'm saying is If I made an announcement about a boys only clan half the site would call for me to be castrated.

Edited by lVlaleficent: 10/26/2017 1:35:28 PMThere have been boys only clans 😂 I wouldn't fault anyone for that. Edit: for having a guys clan, I mean. I'm not condoning threats against you.

No worries, I probably over-reacted anyways.
