raid gear should have stats that benefit you in raid
in Destiny 1 we had raid weapons that made a difference in the raid like oracle damage , in VOG. The wrath weapons did more fallen damage. Why can't we have leviathan weapons do more cabal damage or using levi raid weps give you some sort of beni in raid? maybe have special raid mods?
