[b]Party balancing[/b]
I know there was balancing a while back, but I feel the parties got worse. It seems in my experience I get much worse players on my team now. I am not God's gift to destiny so I know I am not the best, but having 2 or 3 teammates that consistently go 0.5 ka/d or lower only takes my k/d spread lower because I am taking on 3 or 4 opponents at a time. (I believe my current ka/d is 1.89 or something near that, not great, but way better than the teammates I typically get) Makes it very difficult to enjoy PvP
[b]Strike specific loot[/b]
This is a very common request. I understand that your company markets more for the casual players, but that really doesn't effect your marketing avatar by appealing to the more hardcore gamers as well.
You already do this with prestige mode.
Not only strike specific, but you can expound on this. Strike, pvp, high value, loot sector, adventure, even patrols can all have specific gear. Of course the easier and faster you can get something done, the lower the drop rate would be.
[b]Gear sets[/b]
I kinda ripped this one off other games like Diablo, Final Fantasy 11 and 14 as well as a few other games.
Adding in gearsets (right side only, red/orange/pink color items to separate from white/green/blue/purple/yellow) could further enhance the classes. Since you can only have 1 exotic on right side leaving you with 4 more slots, make the gear sets require at least 3 pieces for the new buff to activate. Each class could get 3 or 4 different sets for sub class.
This could be things such as adding in damage over time to punches/arrow anchors, blind/blur screen effects from hunter grenades. Increasing the range of the warlock rifts, or the range of the hunter reload speed buff, maybe add in a resilience buff to titan rally shield. Increase the effects of rifts, and anchor damage increase. This list could go on for a long time, but it could create way more depth and options to a class.
This would also create an inventory issue, I would recommend saved gear load outs. Allowing you to pull gear from your vault without having to hunt down certain pieces. Just go into your vault, pick load out and move to inventory. Also increase the vault inventory space.
[b]Balancing out the stat mods[/b]
As a hunter I get a pretty useless stat from gear, mobility. It is near impossible for me to gear for recovery, I do ok with resilience but the health regeneration on hunter is terrible without more gear.
Furthermore add in running speed to mobility. Even if only 1 or 2% difference per stat mod, full 10 mobility would be 10%-20% bonus to run speed.
[b]Expand on loot sectors[/b]
These can be turned into mini raids with puzzles, I was in on loot sector the other day and it looked like a perfect place to add on and put in some more just past the cache.
[b]Mini Map/Compass north[/b]
Just seems like a simple add that would be a quality of life change.
[b]Mass delete of shaders[/b]
I know Bungie has seen this one, but I felt it should still be added regardless of the acknowledgement.
[b]Increase the exploration[/b]
I know people want to explore new planets, but really can just increase the areas of exploration on the current maps. Making massive and possibly complex puzzle like underground maps on the planets we already have. (Not sure what it would take to add that to the current game, just an option)
[b]Weekly challenges[/b]
Good and all, but they give no benefit to those of use that have already hit 305, need more than the same thing most game developers fall back on when there really is nothing left in a game.
[b]Bring back prisoner of elders[/b]
This was one of the contents I really enjoyed in D1. Of course I don't have the data of D1 so I am unsure of how popular it was.
[b]Add in more items to buy with Bright Dust[/b]
I would really like to see armor/weapon mods in that list. Right now I am sitting on 40+ fireteam medallions and over 900 bright dust with tons of items already bought or awarded from the engrams.
[b]Give us more use out of Paragon exp[/b]
This could give us paragon points to spend on decreasing of ability timers, increasing the potency of other actions.
Additionally some people might think the exp needed between paragon levels need to be lowered.
I will avoid discussions about my opinions of the microtransactions.
[b]Adjust boss mechanics[/b]
Right now every boss in the game seems to follow the same mechanic. Bullet sponge, Large area of effect knock back, and run away to spawn adds. Even Calus technically follows the same system. Tons of adds, can't get close due to AoE single strike kill attack, and bullet sponge.
I enjoy the mix up of the mechanics in the raid, such as sneaking around, running the gauntlet, or bouncing around in the bath house.
Maybe add in some new mechanics to the expansion. Maybe where you split up the team into 3 groups of 2, one person has to take some kind of debuff in order to deal damage. And rotate the debuff between the 2 players. The only problem I see here is rifts should not be allowed to counter the buff in order to lock in one class over another.
[b]New expansion/new class[/b]
This one could be difficult, but I would really enjoy a 4th class or at least a 4th element. Maybe cold elements? With the Traveler being corrupted, it would be easy to write in a story line as to why it now has a new cold element.
I have no idea what the 4th class would be though, you have the 4 major roles already. All 3 current classes are damage dealers, titan is a tank, warlock is a healer, and hunter is support. So I would assume a 2nd support role, but no idea really.
[b]Custom shader[/b]
This might be more for destiny 3 assuming you don't build on destiny 2. But allow us to customize the shaders to our color choices. Let us collect color tokens instead of shaders and we can put those into one of the 4 slots for shaders instead of a set color pattern.
Alternatively, I would rather be able to fully customize the color scheme instead of only getting to choose 4 areas of predetermined locations for colors.
[b]Match making for story mode[/b]
Seems minor, but if we can search for guardians in pvp or strikes, I would like to grab another person for story as well. After each section of the story before you start the next section you can choose to stay in the group or leave for the next mission.
[b]Ditch the set dances[/b]
Holy crap, the awoken dance is terrible. Let us pick our own dance
I am sure I will find more to add to this, however it is 4:06 a.m. here and I have work in the morning so I will add to this as I read the comments, view more websites, and come up with other ideas.

PvP grenades are not remotely close to balanced. Even in PvE the Titan pulse grenade is the strongest grenade by far. After watching a ton of videos online, (close to 200) The titan pulse grenade is vastly superior to any other grenade. Not only is the damage stronger, but the range is larger, and the duration is very long in comparison to other grenades. To top it all off, you gave Titan the lowest grenade recharge [b]AND![/b] gave titan a chance to run 2 of them?

Side note, ever since Iron Banner, the PvP spawns have been terrible. I have had teams spawn directly on top of me, I have also been spawned within punching distance of other players and other times spawned within sight at a very close proximity of other players. This seems to happen multiple times per game. I have got to the point of recording all these spawns and even screen shot after a bunch of matches of the players I pick up on my team in matchmaking. If I don't take someone I know into match making with me, I am running more than 90% of matches with teammates that go lower than 0.5 ka/d. That is worse than bad, it is horrendous and makes the game far less enjoyable.
