There's nothing to fix.
Elo has never been a stat that was officially tracked by Bungie.
Go yell at DTR or guardian.gg

ELO is calculated based on Bungie's servers registering games people have played.

If bungie isn’t tracking the games... then the sites you referenced can’t track elo... really you missed that? Really?
