Raid chest keys missing from inventory (multiple fireteam members)
I acquired the Drain, Irrigation, and Conduit keys while playing the Leviathan raid in Destiny 2 today. At some point after receiving the third key (Conduit), I noticed that I no longer had the Drain or Irrigation keys in my inventory.
The item drops popped up on my screen when I received them, my inventory was not full (9/50), they did not go to the postmaster or vault, and I did not dismantle them.
Another member of my raid group also experienced the same issue during our raid; the remaining 4 did not, and have all 3 of their keys.

Same exact thing happened to me on my hunter 2 weeks in a row. I’m pissed and went my rewards!

me and my clanmate BBouks opened the chest room in the drain, he died when killing the last watcher. But disabled the alarm. I revived him and went to the chest door and the chest never spawned in...... still have our keys tho...... help

Anyone have issues with missing chests? I got the conduit key and when we went to open the chest it wasn't there.

I had same issue tonight. Completed raid and noticed I only had one of 3 keys in my inventory. Rest of raid team had all 3 keys. I had plenty of room. Nothing in postmaster. Even tried to open the chests with no luck. Wth bungie. I have enough bad luck with RNG without bugs making it worse. :(

Literally just lost transfer, ventilator, and conduit after finishing raid for the first time. Love doing 2 hours of work for weak legendary engram rewards.....

I just lost my conduit and aqueduct keys.... And can't seem to put a ticket in..

Happened to me last night. Lost two keys, but everyone else in my team was unaffected.

Edited by mforcevirus: 9/26/2017 10:44:29 PMI got 4 keys after today's reset. An hour later I loaded up my character to see that they had all gone. After reading in here I know now that it's a major bug in the game. I guess I'm just going to have to leave this game until I've seen that it's been reported as fixed. It's not worth the extra stress of losing rewards from a mission that is stressful itself at times.

6 RepliesSo, a couple things here regarding missing keys this week: 1. I too created a second character and lost keys on my primary. (They are not in my vault and this did not make me feel awesome) 2. There was no mention that keys expire at week reset. That should definitely be stated on the item in the inventory. (Solid feel bad for the player) 3. I'm sure Bungie can track this issue on their back end, or is implementing tracking now. Either way, the player base put quite a bit of time and effort into obtaining these keys only to lose them to a bug or an uncommunicative weekly reset. As a former MMO Game Dev, I highly recommend compensating the player base for their efforts and loss.

I've spent hours with my Clan clearing this raid without being carried by anyone, and every single key I have found has disappeared overnight. Extremely annoying. Please compensate the Guardians this has happened to, because these key rewards for the chests are the main way to even be able to raise your light level as a result of your rewards since there aren't gear rewards from the chests (That I know of, anyway).

I also did not receive any tokens after completing the raid. All my team members got theirs. Didn't delete, send to postmaster or my vault. Slightly pissed cause this games fun with my friends but I'm salty as the Atlantic

Had pipeline key and armoury key, opened armoury chest, came back to raid next day get to pipeline only for my key to have gone missing from my inventory, what's going on? Didn't think I would get robbed by week 2, bit of a piss take

1 ReplyGot 3 keys, finished the raid. went to the tower to claim some rewards. Went to orbit to pick up a team mate. And all 3 keys disappeared from my inventory. Everyone else on my raid team still had all 3 keys. Cool✌🏻

I literally just finished the full raid only to find out at the end i received no keys what so ever for any of the chests.... absolutely stupid.

I also just finished running the raid last night (Friday) Started a second character today (Saturday) Logged back into my main account. All my keys are gone. I've run the raid last week and know how things should work. This is CLEARLY A BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. WTF.

1 ReplyI started the raid Wednesday with members from my clan we beat the dogs that night I didn't receive a key or anything from the chest (1st time I beat this section). We finished the gauntlet last night I received the key and chest this time. After completing the pools I got the key but still no drops in the chest. Only 1 member of my fireteam got a key from the dogs, 3 other members of the fireteam also received no drops after completing sections of the raid. Bungie I don't expect you to make it right because many other people are also experiencing this problem, but please fix this problem to make it right. Thank you for your time and have a great day.
