Speaker, Eris, and the Queen will all come back at some point. I think Eris and the queen will come back together then the speaker will come back in the same form of light that ghaul was after we killed him. So the speaker is technically dead but he will come back in the form of light

I'm pretty sure the queen is dead but her brother the prince survived and crash landed on Saturn and was stranded according to a grimmore card.
