Collector's Edition Destiny 2 incomplete
I just got my collector's edition and I got a big surprise - the steel box has nothing inside. No disk, no download info, nothing about the game. Also de DLC sheet is missing too and the solar blanket. Nice one Bungie. The boxes are not sealed and have no security on them. So anyone that has access to delivery can open them up, snatch whatever they need and retape it with regular adhesive tape. I've already contactet the store I bought the game but the sealing is your problem Bungie.

3 RepliesI just figured out all the issues. For the Game disk (at least for UK orders from Game) there is a false bottom in the inner brown packaging box (not the white collectors box). Remove that and therewill be a padded white envelope containing the game disk. Yeah seriously, took me calling the local store manager to find that one out. As for the Paracord and Solar blanket, as others have said they are in module 2 & 3 of the solar charger.

I had the same, missing game, premium content and dlc - the solar blanket is inside the solar pannel though

I found my Blanket and Parachord in the Solar Charger compartments and found the disc hidden in a false bottom of the main cardboard box that held everything.

Same, no game no codes and no blankets. When i talked to the retailer they told me to send it back and order it again. i will most likely send it back and get my money back. But good point on the sealing, there wasnt any, you could just open the whole thing and take what you want.

Same here - I got everything but the game itself and the DLC stuff. I already spoke with the retailer from which I got the game and they "reassured" me, that they haven't been messing with the packages. Frankly, I am expecting more people to complain about this sooner or later (although it's uncertain how many have this problem).

4 RepliesI received everything in mine except for the Solar Blanket and the Paracord. I purchased through www.bestbuy.ca however I can't see how the retailer can fix my issue. I'll call them and ask them. But they may suggest I contact the developer and or the maker of the game.
