Hey. I want you to check this out. It's clearly ing not a rolling launch for the US. It is possible that it is still a rolling launch for the rest of the world.

:facepalm: You're still in NA, correct? So you're getting it at the NA release time, Midnight EST. The US spans four timezones, since it's one country you get it on the earliest of those timezones. Australia is the same situation, spanning three timezones it releases on the earliest of the three, Midnight AEST. The OP asked when it's available in GMT, the answer to that is midnight, just like the rest of the world. It's midnight in Chile, midnight in NZ, midnight in Japan. But, like I said, The US gets it all at the same time, covering the whole 'NA' region.
