Not saying your idea is bad, but you're asking for a system that would need to be conceptualized, designed, developed, tested, packaged, vetted for platform releases and then finally released for the end users. Just don't see that happening in a short period of time that remains before the game goes gold and finally released on Sept 6th. I do like this idea of getting rewarded in game by accomplishing certain milestones within the game.
