ALL GEAR should be available to buy in D1 now
Give us a last chance to rack up our grimoire or have the chance to tell all our friends "hey! I got vex mythoclast in D1!!" And for the first time give EVERYONE a fair chance at everything in destiny

That would require an update. What part of "there will be no more updates" did you not understand exactly? You literally had three years to get everything, EVERYONE had three years to get everything. People that chose not to play after vanilla, or people that didn't get the game until it was on discount months, or years later. Well I'm sorry but tough luck. That was a decision you made, why would everyone's effort and progression need to be invalidated so you can feel special for 19 days?

No... This kind of thinking ruins games. Its too hard, just let me buy it mentality really grinds my gears. Forget all of the other people who grinded countless hours to achieve certain weapons, gear, and achievements. I didn't get several things i wanted in Destiny partially in part of not playing the game for periods of time. But I never complained and felt I was owed something in the game. If I would have been more involved, and made extra efforts to find groups outside of the game to raid I could have gotten what I have wanted. It's RNG for a reason.

All gear is still available in Borderlands. Hop on back over there and be friends and hold hands and everyone have everything. Yaaaaay!

Or you know, you could "earn" raid gear and weapons by doing the raids x 3 each and every week so that eventually even Destiny RNG blesses you. Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.
