People might not have codes or might not are interested in D2 at all. Also there's still awhile before D2 release, may as well grab whatever nice rolls you can

Your not wrong, it just seems that most players already have what they need from banshee

Most long term players do. Some just want a god roll to lnow what they feel like. Others are new players (the intended audience) who need education on weapons, perks, synergy. Afterwards they can make/find their own rolls to fit their playstyle.
