Not a bad roll, but all my spaces are full, can't afford to place another scout. ~TheGreatNike

"Really good PvE weapon" "You won't be disappointed" Speak for yourself

It is a shame cocytus can't get fatebringer roll. That would be my main weapon.

Yup. Been my go to since beginning of year 3 when my zero point lotp became obsolete.
-
I'm content with my "wounded" from fwc. Same perks, better impact, can switch from extended mag to full auto when I want to be lazy. Good heads up though
-
Although The Hero Formula is my go to weapon in pvp it most certainly is not in PVE. I have primarily used a scout rifle in pve since my guardian first had to make the initial weapons choice between an auto rifle and a scout rifle. Although explosive rounds and firefly can be fun in pve I prefer stability (to get constant head shots) and impact (so when the AI gets hit it stays hit). Each to there own. Enjoy your Hero in pve. Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.

Or just pull out the Cryptic Dragon that you stuffed if your vault all that time ago
-
Yes! I took this weapon into prison of elders and it DESTROYED. Absolutely in love. I actually infused my 400 Eyasluna into it 😐
-
Great roll on a bad PVE archetype. I've got a wounded with same roll that is way better
-
All the scopes suck, though
-
I have a better one thanks though.
-
Is it the better than the superb hung?...
-
I got 3 of these badboys, it's a scout rifle Fatebringer, how is that not awesome.
-
I've got two the hero formula and personally I don't rate that vendor role very highly. In my experience you need braced frame on that weapon for it to be effective, because the rate of fire is so high. The NL Shadow 701X is a better option if you're looking for a high rate of fire scout with explosive rounds as it has a magazine size of 21,it also can role with explosive rounds and braced frame on separate perk noudes unlike the hero formula.

Mate I have to agree that this is an awesome little scout rifle especially with this roll. Smashed nightfall with it this week. Like all scout rifles the gun is situational. If you like a high impact slow firing scout then you won't like it. I was surprised how well this gun went in IB last week. I have 184000 scout rifle kills in PvE and have used lots of different types.

The Burning Eye is the best non-elemental Scout for PvE in my opinion.
-
My The Wounded (on titan) is better I reckon ;-)
-
Those are PVE perks on the worst scout rifle arctype for PVE. I'll take a pass.
-
This weapon has perfect perks, but I really dislike the feel of it. It's like shooting an air gun at aliens, and often requires several shots to kill trash. The low impact makes explosive rounds very whatever. Give me these perks on a Judith-D please :p
-
2 days before it becomes completely irrelevant
-
I'll check it out. THANKS
-
I think I'll grab it to try in crucible. Explosive rounds are very disorienting when fired so quickly and take a knee is actually pretty useful if you remember to use it
