Your video talks about people using kb/m but doesn't really answer my question. I'm not a console fan boy either but seriously, why use a kb/m on a console unless you've basically only played pc your whole life and have recently moved to console. Just seems silly to me but thats prolly because im used to kb/m for my pc games and controller for console.
'Because they want to' isn't an acceptable answer for me, sorry. If anything, people are more upset with all the extra buttons you can assign when using kb/m and how more precise you are with a mouse. Feel free to spend your money how you like tho and if it makes you a better player than so be it. Again, I have nothing against kb/m, I would just assume since your console came with a controller, that you would use it.
It's not just because they want to, it's also because the exclusivity that you get on the PS4 for Destiny 2 in conjunction with been able to use a keyboard and mouse.
So, because they want to, and the ps exclusives work with a kb/m (not that they wouldn't work with a regular controller).. Seems like you could save yourself a couple of bucks and just stick with a controller?
It really just comes down to personal preference. I could care less about what people use because I focus on my own game play, and try to make myself better. If someone does better with a kb/m than more power to you and I'll see you out in the crucible! :D
