Can you still have a t12 setup if gear doesn't have a 100% stat roll?

It needs to be 97% or higher my dude, which is why I only list armour with 97%+ stats.

Sometimes you get really lucky with a super high artifact. I have an artifact around 130% or so that let's me run t11 gear on a t12 build. I'll put it on my Hunter so you can see it.

I don't know if I'd take using a non Iron Lord artefact for a higher stat roll when you can run an Iron Lord artefact and still hit tier 12.

It's rare to have matching tier 12 gear for every loadout. I usually run the sprint artifact and match all my reloads and extra armor perks and try to sat tier 11. Especially on bladedancer,tier 12 doesn't mean much.
