When we kill oryx his body floats out into Saturn's orbit, so could it be possible we see his bones on our visit to titan in D2?
Please feel free to comment😬

3 RepliesYour Mums remnants are all over THIS Titan, me... Apologies in advance.
-
I'll kill him again, so what?
-
1 ReplyWouldn't be possible because we killed him in his dimension, so we would have to go to his dimension then go to titan to see him if that was the case
-
If it is, there is a massive pile of them. Enough to build a new tower.
-
better question, what happens to his soul when malice gets blown up with all the other weapons in our vult
-
His body is kinda like crystallized, it won't decompose

Edited by Zero the Remnant: 6/2/2017 5:44:36 AMHis ascendant realm & the material realm are one and the same when we are in the dreadnaught. He basically made his ship a double edged sword. He is a God in terms of power while on the dreadnaught, but he can also be killed once and for all while he is on the dreadnaught. When we killed him we killed him for good. His corpse sent drifting to Saturn, Titan is WAY past the rings of Saturn so he can't be on it. As for his corpse. Due to the fact both realms are merged on the Dreadnaught, his body can & did float towards the real Saturn.

If we do, I hope thralls are gnawing on his corpse

Ha, we have titans have a planet(or moon whatever fu) named after us( we're not named after it fu).
-
2 reasons 1.) he was heading for Saturn when his body floated away. It's possible Saturn's gravity got his body 1.5) if that did happen, his body probably burned up. So no 2 he possibly drifted past Saturn and hit another planet (your theory) or star. We just don't know

2 RepliesEdited by CrazyLeadSpoon: 6/1/2017 7:39:55 PMEDIT, ok so it does say his throne room bleeds into the material realm, so I guess they could say he slipped into the real world. I took that as the real world was pushed inside his throne room dimension, and that dimension was yet again inside the real world that is around the dreadnaught (like a double barrier or dimensional paradox). that better explains why you have to pass through a portal for both regicide and king's fall, but 2 different portals. Of course who knows since I can't turn dimensions inside out. Nope, that was in his throne room, not the real world. In our world we killed him and he disappeared as he was clawing his chest. If you want to know about throne room read book of sorrows.

I'd love to see that

2 RepliesBetter question, what ever happened to his sisters, are they still out there all angry we killed Oryx and will be back to try reviving him like he did to them after he killed them. Maybe that will be the 3rd expansion of D2 to mirror Oryx in D1.
-
7 Replieswhy titan? why not hunter or warlock? -blam!-ing racist.
-
Edited by The Sauce: 6/1/2017 8:12:34 PMNo, he was drifting toward saturn, his body wouldnt be able to accelerate to a high enough orbital velocity to even go to titan which is very far out! If anything he burned up in saturns atmosphere
-
It'd be cool if the body was in the side of a mountain but his body orbiting Titan would be cool too. We could look up and see it like the space station on the moon
-
Wouldn't they be underwater?
-
Or a statue like

11 RepliesOryx was in another dimension, and we never see him slam into the planet. If Titan were inside the orbit of the rings and existed inside that dimension, then it would be possible Oryx was on a collision course with Titan's orbit, and got smacked before reaching the planet. There is an issue though, and that's the fact that Titan's orbit keeps it outside the reach of the ring, so Oryx would have had to travel away from Saturn to hit Titan, not toward. But there is ONE place in the gameplay stream/trailers where we do see Hive, and that's a brief moment with a knight, and guess which map it's on... that's right, it's on Titan. You can see the stormy skies, vast ocean, and large structures they show on Titan. So if the Taken still exist (and the Siva are mentioned in the stream/trailers, so it's possible) then they may have collected something from Oryx's body or ship or something and returned it to Titan. We'll have to wait and see if Bungie decides to do something with it or not.

2 RepliesIt can not be possible. For his throne world is where we kill him which is technically in another dimension. So unless for what ever stupid reason we are fighting on Titan in Oryx's throne world it will not happen.
-
6 RepliesNo, he's clearly on a collision course with Saturn in the confines of an Ascendant Realm. Also, that Moon is nowhere to be seen in Destiny.
-
Dont much care about Oryx. Would sure like to see Dark Blade show up somewhere as a trigger to a quest for getting his axe. Would be cool to get a friggin gravity hammer.
-
It's be a cool call back, walk up on a cliff and see his body off in the water
-
3 RepliesAlready are, just look at the King's Fall titan helm, it's Oryx's arse.
-
Would be dope tbh
unfortunately it won't happen😔😧
3 RepliesMe: Cool idea, makes sense, why not? Bungie: Not gonna happen m8, 2 kool, makes 2 much sense and well... screw u guys itz not our idea so fcuk u!!
